MIKE GASCA

"Making An IMPACT - Not An IMPRESSION!"

Mike Gasca - a native of the Alvord Unified School District - was born and raised in Riverside, California. After graduating from La Sierra High School Mike remained involved in the district, first volunteering with various clubs and organizations and later as an employee of the After School programs. Currently Mike is still an active part of the Alvord community, which has a special place in his heart.

Community service is a vital part of Mike's life. Serving three years as Vice Chair of the Riverside County Council for Youth Development Mike has also volunteered with the East Riverside Rotary Club, Toastmasters International, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and currently of the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce and Corona JAYCEES.

Mike's passion for education and working with youth lead him to found Reality Leadership, where he drives his professional mission of "Preparing Today's Leaders, for Tomorrow's Challenges". Through his work Mike has developed a broad understanding of educational policy and a vivid understanding of current youth culture.

A proven leader, experienced with multi-million dollar budgets, Mike is the TRUSTED choice to lead Alvord schools and be accountable to the community.
