School Safety, Communication & Healthcare EqualityBy Donald McKimCandidate for Governing Board Member; Ceres Unified School District | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Update all schools with fences. Allow CUTA & CSEA time for addressing the Board at every meeting. All employees should receive equal healthcare dollars.School Safety-Update all schools with fencing to help with monitoring of individuals, coming and going on school campus. Also, work with City of Ceres and Citizens on traffic around schools. Communication-Work with Administrators, Board Members, CUTA and CSEA in becoming a GREAT TEAM. All Board Meetings should have CUTA and CSEA on all agenda's. They can discuss whatever they want, so all party's can receive the information first hand. A Great Team will field all players and the winners will be the STUDENTS of CUSD. Healthcare-I will focus on how to make employee healthcare more equitable. I feel that all employees should be given the same amount to cover healthcare costs. |
