Revitalization and development of the limited business district as indicated in the residents replies to the Com-prehensive Plan Survey. Businesses, professions, entertainment, and employment to service the residents and to develop tourism. Main Street is a disgrace. The recepticles overflow with garbage; the sidewalks are littered and dirty. Two restaurants are closing and rumor is that a large renter in Arcadian may be leaving. |
