• Serving third four-year elected term on three member governing board in growing, upscale community of 43,000+ residents.
• Responsible for $30 million annual budget with 130+ employees encompassing Fire/EMS, Police, Roads and Development Services Departments.
• Received recognition as "Most Livable Community" in southwest Ohio from local media.

• Perform business evaluations for prospective investors and/or purchasers with emphasis on auto and truck dealerships.
• Perform evaluations of dealership operations for Bankruptcy Attorneys.

• Opened and operated a prototype Peterbilt truck dealership, featuring concepts such as a carpeted, 12,000 sq. ft. parts showroom and an indoor road tractor display.
• Honored as Peterbilt Dealer of the Year (1992)
• Received Crescendo Award from Ernst & Young as fastest growing retail business in Cincinnati as sales exceeded $25 million. (1994&1995)
• Sold dealership to a national chain in fall of 2004

• Managed a chain of five heavy-duty truck dealerships (Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky) with combined sales in excess of $75 million.
• Responsible for all aspects of P&L, sales/marketing and personnel staff of 130-150 employees.
• Saluted by lending source for attaining over twenty consecutive years of division profitability.

COALITION TO SAVE HILLCREST CEMETERY

• Organized local and national leaders to restore abandoned private cemetery containing over 1400 African-American veteran's gravesites.
• Located and identified 249 previously unmarked indigent veterans' graves dating back to the Spanish-American War.
• Created widespread public attention for Hillcrest with events such as the personal visit of Miss America, Heather French.
• Generated successful $1.7 million restoration project by the Ohio National Guard and the U.S. Department of Defense.
