An additional tax for the benefit of Milford Exempted Village School District, Clermont and Hamilton Counties, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding five and nine-tenths (5.9) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifty-nine cents ($0.59) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2008, first due in calendar year
2009.
