On a personal note:
Alice Joselow and her husband Peter, an engineer, have lived in Ossining for nineteen years. They have three kids, two sons at OHS (9th & 12th grades) and a daughter who is college sophomore. Peter Joselow was the Coach of AYSO's Division 7 Soccer clinic for five years and was on the Citizens School Budget Advisory Committee until 2003.
Alice has a Masters degree from Columbia University and a BA from Colgate University. She formerly worked as a teacher and an engineer at IBM in East Fishkill. She has been an active supporter of numerous programs in the Ossining community for more than a decade. Alice believes that strong schools are essential to a strong community. She is an honest, inclusive, community minded person who cares about all of Ossining and gets things done.
