City of San Leandro is behind compared to neighboring cities in development of affordable housing.
It is a crucial part of the City of San Leandro to focus on development of more affordable housing for senior citizens, families, teachers, and people who have disabilities. A creation of Citizens Affordable Housing Committee should be the first step towards achievement of this goal. I am in property management of affordable housing in the Bay Area for more than 18 years now. Affordable housing is one of my high-priority agenda in running for office and I'll be the first person to stand-up and continue to be a community advocate. San Leandro should open it's door wider and embrace the reality of more affordable housing so as it can follow the growth and housing needs of its' residents.
