To preserve public safety and prevent significant cuts to City services, by funding general City services such as hiring additional police officers, maintaining youth anti-gang and anti-drug programs, after-school parks and recreation services, graffiti removal, maintaining neighborhood parks, fixing potholes and City streets, and other essential City services, shall the City sales tax be increased by one cent with guaranteed independent annual financial audits, expenditure reports, and citizens’ financial oversight? Para preservar seguridad publica y prevenir recortes significativos a servicios Municipales, con financiamiento general a servicios Municipales tales como emplear mas oficiales de policía, mantener programas juveniles antipandillas y antidrogas, servicios de parques y recreación para horas después de escuela, eliminación de grafito, mantenimiento de parques de la comunidad, arreglar baches y calles de la Ciudad, y otros servicios esenciales Municipales, deberá ser aumentado el impuesto de ventas de la ciudad por un centavo con auditorias financieras independientes anuales garantizadas, reportes de gastos, y vigilancia financiera de ciudadanos?
