I have become a candidate because I believe in our community and want to offer citizens a choice of leadership. Elected leaders should work to build on the strengths of communities. I believe becoming a member of city council is total representation in issues ranging from encouraging new business to open locations in our city- to attending California League of Cities meetings. This position also encompasses attending council meetings once, or twice, a month- I believe citizen's want more than that, they want an elected official they know will go to bat for them. |
