Candidate for
Council Member; City of Lathrop

My education and qualifications are:

I am a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.

I retired from the US Postal Service after 31 years of service. Prior to that, I served in the US Navy as an Aircraft Mechanic for 4 years. As you can tell, I spent almost all my adult life as a civil servant and that is my only qualification that I can offer to the residents of Lathrop.

My wife and I decided to retire in this beautiful City of Lathrop because we wanted to stay closer to our children, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. One of our goals after retirement is to get more involved in our community and I can't think of a better way to attain this goal than to participate in the electoral process.

If elected as your council member, I will uphold the principles of fairness and impartiality. I will also make sure that the principles of public ethics laws are enforced. But more importantly, I will represent, you, the residents of Lathrop in our political process.

So, therefore, I humbly ask for your vote in order for me to help our community succeed.
