Mayor; City of Dublin

Maturity and life experiences has prepared me to be the best candidate for mayor to guide the city council in implementing sound programs and life necessities services.

My experience in Real Estate and lending makes me the most qualified to implement changes to the city of Dublin commercial and housing development. It is necessary to change the law regarding setting boundaries to the developers from over developing our land, establish long term housing, privacy rights and keep our values to our properties by not removing our views. The city is now in the process of downgrading a single family homes neighborhood and converting them to condominiums, this action must be stopped. But won't happen if I am not elected.

Experience as a loan officer I would suggest that the city should NOT offer interest only loans to first time homebuyers or to our business communities. This is one of the leading causes for our nation to be in an economic depression.

My experience in Graphic Communications has trained me to know the importance of a functional city along with having a trained eye for beauty.

My experience as Systems Manager gives me the know how to streamline processes, to operate within budgets and improve profits.

My experience in Computer Technology gives me the basic understanding to know that the city has wasted millions of dollars in replacing the steel poles on such streets like Amador Valley Blvd and Village Parkway. The facts are the city actually downgraded the lighting by taking away the center button for pedestrians.

As a single mother who has four children who have graduated from Dublin High. I have recent first hand knowledge of the benefits and frustrations of our public schools.
