Graduate of UC Berkeley with a Master of Science degree in Civil & Structural Engineering in 1994.

City of Albany Planning & Zoning Commissioner since 2004. Currently serving as chair.

Albany resident since 1999. Children attend Cornell Elementary School in the 1st and 4th grades.
