CARD's 2008 Master Plan
CARD's Board of Directors will soon adopt their 2008 District Master Plan which is designed to outline how the district, in cooperation with the City of Chico, Butte County and Chico Unified School District, will provide needed facilities as well as varied programs for our growing community. It is very important as the CARD Directors move forward in implementing this plan that they fully involve the community. As a Director it will be my intent to assure that the community will be fully involved. I, along with other members of the Chico community, served on the Citizen Advisory Committee during the development of the 2008 Master Plan.

As a retired member of the Chico community I have the time and the desire to continue to contribute to its enhancement as a wonderful place to live. Your vote for Jerry Hughes will be greatly appreciated.
