  • The needs of students and parents must come first. All decisions that are made and actions that are taken must achieve that goal.
  • Reprioritize the budget so that students are our number one priority. Evaluate every program to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Settle employee contracts. We have been without employee contracts since the 2006-2007 school year.
