Earl Mann 131 votes 59.28% Occupation: Incumbent Retired High School and Community College Teacher. Graduate of College of the Sequoias and Fresno State College. Elected to Woodlake High Board of Trustees in 1992 and 1996. Elected to the College of the Sequoias Board of Trustees in 2000 and 2004. I served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. Returned to Visalia area working a year for the Bank of America before returning to COS. Completed my BA work at Fresno State in 1959 and started teaching at Woodlake High and retired 33 years later from Woodlake. I was married for 49 years to Joan before she passed away in Jan of 2008. We have two daughters Paula and Laura. Priorities: Continue to expand our off-campus classes to meet the needs of the students Continue to serve the voters of Ward 3 as I have for the past eight years. Expand the Vocational and Certificate programs at COS.
