CLIFFORD PAULIN
Clifford has a background in Environmental Science and Environmental Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, and a Juris Doctor and Masters of Study in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. He served as a policy intern at the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center WATER Institute, researching and writing on California Water Law. Clifford serves on numerous Boards locally, and was a member of the Sewer Ad Hoc Committee authorized by the Ukiah City Council and Mendocino County Board of Supervisors to recommend changes in the governance of the sewer system in 2008. He is a practicing attorney and an advocate for economic localization.
