RSM Needs Experienced Leadership -- Especially During Uncertain Economic Times

While other cities and agencies have been forced to raise taxes and cut services, our City has flourished...thanks in large measure to the strong leadership of RSM Councilman Tony Beall

I'm proud to have served as your Mayor + and of all we've accomplished. While other cities and agencies have been forced to raise taxes and cut services, our City has flourished. We've:

• Become the safest City in California;
• Implemented a state-of-the-art emergency notification system;
• Synchronized street lights to reduce traffic;
• Audited every Mello-Roos district to hold them accountable;
• Sponsored an incredibly popular series of summer concerts

Thanks to years of hard work, our city is strong and its future bright.

Upon re-election, my primary goal is to preserve and enhance our special quality of life. I'll ensure you're always protected by the finest police and firefighting forces. I'll continue to support policies that promote:

• Lower taxes;
• Conservative fiscal policies;
• Strong families;
• Vibrant local businesses;
• Reduced traffic; and
• Safe neighborhoods and parks.

I'm an Orange County native and have lived in RSM for 20 years. My wife and I are proud to call Rancho Santa Margarita home and to raise our four children in this wonderful, safe, friendly city. I respectfully ask for your vote and continued support.
