This is a list of my goals for our school district.
- Hire, train and retain quality staff and supply them with the necessary tools to help our students be successful in work and life
- Maintain communication in an open and honest fashion with parents, staff and the community as a whole
- Provide a safe and technologically advanced classroom environment for our students
- Promote a curriculum that emphasizes 21st century skills
- Welcome parents as educational partners
- Ensure continued prudent fiscal management
- Strategic facility planning due to city's growth
- Develop a "Partner's in Education" program with business owners and community members
