Mark is committed to providing the same thoughtful, conservative leadership for our new City that he has provided while he served on the RCSD. He will protect and enhance our quality of life by funding vital services while ensuring that we maintain prudent reserves to fund unanticipated expenses. Mark supports:

• Maintaining maximum 7% utility tax, even if 9% utility tax is adopted;
• Utility tax exemption for low income seniors and disabled persons;
• Improved public safety and animal control services; and
• Enhanced zoning code enforcement, while maintaining Rossmoor's unique and vibrant character.
