  • Hope School PTA - I am the Financial Secretary and a member of the executive committee.
  • Hope School Site Council - Determine and approve budget for schools. Also, approve the annual goals for schools.
  • Hope District Budget Committee- work with Superintendent and current board members to solve district budget issues
  • UC Santa Barbara graduate in 1992
  • I have worked 16 years at Merrill Lynch in Santa Barbara
  • My wife is a local, credentialed teacher

Top Priorities if Elected
  • I am fair, open-minded and have a good grasp of the current issues facing the district.
  • I believe quality education should be the top priority of our district. The resources to achieve this must be given to our educators.
  • My experience with allocation of assets, budgets and financial decisions will be a major plus on the school board.
