Justice for the 21st Century

With jail overcrowding, street gangs, and the methamphetamine epidemic facing our county we need progressive plans for the 21st Century.

I have extensive experience in both criminal, civl, and juvenile law. My passion for justice however extends beyond the walls of the courthouse. Besides teaching Constitutional Law at the local police academy, I also sit on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club and I have helped coach Little League and Youth Soccer. I am the President of the Northern Santa Barbara County Bar Association, and I have worked with local school districts in teaching parents how to protect our children from sexual predators.

Effective treatment for non-violent drug offenders and the mentally ill reduces jail overcrowding and preserves jail space for violent criminals and drug dealers. I am tough, fair, and respected. This is why prosecutors and defense attorneys, police and fire associations and elected officials from both north and south county support my candidacy. My wife Michelle, and our two children thank you for your support and your vote on June 3rd.
