Ending the scandles

There have been a recent grand jury investigation of a member fraudulently serving on the board and allegations of financial inproprieties by the administration

• Make sure that the district is in compliance with all federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and laws.

• Respond to the county wide grand jury report on inventory practices.

• Establish policies that make sure that all employees shall be alert for any indication of fraud, financial impropriety, or irregularity within their area of responsibility. In addition, the superintendent shall establish a method for employees and outside persons to anonymously report any suspected instances of fraud, impropriety, or irregularity.

• Work cooperatively with the Santa Clara County Office of Education to set the highest possible standard of accountability, responsibility, and integrity.
