  • Occupation: City Councilman/Teacher
  • Coronado City Councilman from 2002-Present
  • Mayor Pro Tem from 2004-2006
  • Chairman of the Heartland Communication Facility Authority from 2005-Present
  • Former Chairman of the Coronado Historic Resource Commission, 2001-2002
  • Coronado High School AP US History Teacher since 1999 and currently the Department Chairman
  • BA with honors in History from UCSD and a Minor in Political Science, 1997
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Fight Over-Development by re-examining 25x140 foot "billy box" lot standards and by reviewing development standards in the R-3 Zone
  • Fund a dedicated Truck Company along with two engine companies to give Coronado the right mix of fire protection for our city
  • Examine Police Department staffing and implement plans to put more cops out on our streets during rush hour traffic periods
