  • Mike successfully stood against Santa Rosa's plan to dump treated wastewater in the Healdsburg arm of the Russian River.

  • He's leading the efforts to reduce our use of plastic bags with the Healdsbag program.

  • Mike has been one of the Council's most outspoken advocates for our community's aggressive affordable housing program.

  • Mike has been one of the leading forces for expanded park and recreational opportunities that benefit residents of all ages.

  • Mike co-chaired the efforts to found Healdsburg's hiring hall - the first in Sonoma County.
