Iraq: Each day that we remain in Iraq, we further compromise our own national security. We have lost over 4,000 of our brave men and women and are spending $10-12 billion/month while our middle class suffers at home. It is time to bring the war to a responsible end.

The Economy: Washington must reign in deficit spending and become fiscally responsible to control our national debt of over $9 trillion, and discontinue pork-barrel earmark spending.

Energy and the Environment: For national and environmental security, we need to change our energy policy. San Diego is poised to be a leader in Clean Technology in the areas of renewable enrgy resources.
