A replacement of two existing levies for the benefit of the Village of Greenhills, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding two and five-tenths (2.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-five cents ($0.25) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2008, first due in calendar year 2009.
