Residence

The Dincher family moved to Pennsylvania from Germany in the early 1800's. I am a life long resident of Lycoming County. My wife Maureen and I have four children and six grandchildren all living in the 23rd district.

Background

I have spent my entire life living and working in Pennsylvania . I have worked in manufacturing jobs, service jobs and have operated my own business.

While working night shift, I completed college which allowed me to accept a position as assistant professor of Urban Forestry at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. For the past sixteen years I have been teaching at Penn College while continuing to attend night school and operating a Landscaping and Tree Care business.
