- Maintain ordinary programming and enhancements in spite of recession, especially to help residents who have lost jobs or are otherwise affected by it.
- Determine & accommodate significant unmet computer access, counseling, and other needs, if any, and vigorously promote what Library offers patrons.
- Optimize use of volunteers, especially those whose current or former employers contribute money to support time spent helping nonprofit organizations.
