Fiscal Management is not simply about dollars and cents. It is about allocating the appropriate resources to get the job done on-time, under budget, and within specifications. Projects that cost the tax payers money must be well planned and well implemented, so that citizens can see the immediate value of the project and at the same time do not feel unduly burdened. Volunteerism

In so many facets of life, it is clear that what "goes around, comes around." If an individual expects to live in a clean, healthy environment, then he or she must make a commitment (large or small) to maintain that environment.
