Official Information City of Baldwin Park The City Treasurer oversees the City’s investments and related financial policies as established by the City Council, the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, and California Government Code. PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS: Attend all City Council meetings or other meetings as required by law. Annually review the Treasurer’s Investment Policy and recommend updates as needed. Review monthly Treasurer’s Investment Reports in compliance with Treasurer’s Investment Policy.
