My name is Susie Diaz, I am 31 years old. Born, raised and still reside in the city of Lennox. I am an active community member for the city of Lennox. I attended Buford Elementary, Felton Elementary, Lennox Middle School and graduated from Hawthorne High School. I have been a Federal employee for the past 11 years. I'm also a board member of the Federal Child Care Center "Little Aviators" in the city of Hawthorne.

I have chosen to be a candidate for a board member of the CVUHSD so that I can be part of the decision making process, to make a difference in the district and more importantly to make a difference in the education for our community. I believe with the right decisions we can make a difference in our students, teachers and parents to strengthen our schools. The strengths that I will bring to the board are communication, awareness, mind of my own, open-minded, fair, unbiased and dedication!
