TEACHER--Prior to his Law Enforcement career, Tom was an elementary school teacher.

EDUCATION--Earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Utah State University.

FAMILY--Tom and his wife Theresa have been married for 18 years. They have two children, Justin and Jani.
