City Clerk; City of El Monte

1. The city of El Monte needs an Active and Working City Clerk back in the office. Someone who has the energy and drive to move projects forward and get the job done. I will not fall a sleep at City Counicl Meetings. I will make executive decisions and not pass them off to another department.

2. Transparency

• Post all Employee Salary Information on the City Website
• Update the city website with all 8 Commissions
• Have Commissioners pictures
• Have email contact info
• Post all agendas for all meetings on the website
• Post all minutes for all meetings on the website
• Web Cast Planning Commission Meetings for the public

• Process all public document request within 3 days
• Process requests electronically
• Pick up the phone within 3 rings
• Encourage Businesses to locate to El Monte
