  • Improve communication and collaborate with parents, teachers, taxpayers and the community.
  • Ensure adherence to Board Policy's and CSBA Guidelines and encourage the utilization of resources and training from SCCOE and CSBA.
  • Increase availability, accuracy, and timeliness of Meeting Notices, Board Packets, Meeting Minutes, and other related documents.
