Rico will continue his Commitment and Dedication to:
- Keeping a balanced budget and living within our means.
- Ensure our citizens are prepared for unforeseen emergencies.
- Improving the gateways to our city so that visitors and citizens can be proud of San Bruno.
- Exploring ways to update or replace aging city facilities such as the library, swimming pool and fire stations.
- Maintaining our police and fire services that serve our community.
- Taking a reasonable approach to growing business in our city.
- Continuing to work with the San Bruno Park School Board, improving commutations and involvement in our local schools.
- Having vigorous code enforcement to enhance the appearance of our community.
- Addressing graffiti and the blight it brings to our community.
- Continuing to support community meetings that help educate and address citizens concerns.
- Continue to support the sports programs and the volunteers that provide this important opportunity for our youth.
- Continue to support the senior center and the great service it provides.
I set a goal four years ago, during my campaign to get into the community to ask and listen to the residents concerns. I continued that same goal during my four years in office and I will continue to stay connected. So if you see me at a soccer game, school activity, knocking at your front door or just walking through the grocery store, just know I'm here to listen, assist and offer whatever support I can as your City Councilmember.
