As teamwork and communication in the school board improve, the chances for excellence increases.
It is imperative that the superintendent and the school board have a positive and productive working relationship based on open communication. In an environment of collaboration, everyone feels valued and confident in contributing to the decision-making process. I would like to offer my skills and my experience to this team in support of our superintendent's goal of closing student achievement gaps and promote growth.
