An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Mariemont, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding four and seventy-five hundredths (4.75) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-seven and five-tenths cents ($0.475) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010.
