A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Miami Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING POLICE PROTECTION at a rate not exceeding one and six-tenths (1.6) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to sixteen cents ($0.16) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010.
