A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Miami Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding three and twenty-nine hundredths (3.29) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-two and nine-tenths cents ($0.329) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010.
