A replacement of a portion of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.2 mill, to constitute a tax for the benefit of the Symmes Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PARKS AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES at a rate not exceeding one (1) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to ten cents ($0.10) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for three (3) years, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010?
