An additional tax for the benefit of the Little Miami Joint Fire and Rescue District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PROVIDING FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding two and threetenths (2.3) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-three cents ($0.23) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2009, first due in calendar year 2010.
