Collaboration
As a Councilmember one cannot work separately, rather it takes five members to pass legislation and in order to be an effective City Council each member must work in collaboration with one another.
Experience
With experience and knowledge a Councilmember gains wisdom. I have worked in City Hall since 1997, and entering into this term I am the 3rd most senior member of Council.
Leadership
In order to bring about change in our city we must support leaders. I have shown leadership through sponsoring legislation, and by always fighting to make our city better.
