Council Member; City of Norwood; Ward 4

I have lived on Cathedral Avenue all of my life. Kathy ( Dettmer) and I have raised six successful children and we now have eleven wonderful grandchildren. This was all accomplished in 39 short years of marriage. I have been fortunate to serve as Ward Four Councilman for the past six years. I have been chairman of the Committee of the Whole and an active member of the Finance, Law and Ordinance and Safety committees. I have a BSBA in Accounting from Xavier University and have 39+ years in the accounting and finance fields. I currently am employed by Wayne Coates, Hamilton County Recorder, as his department's Finance Director. I have been involved with Norwood Knothole, Norwood YMCA, Norwood Bi-Centennial Committee in the past and I currently serve as a parade marshall for the Norwood Day Parade and serve my church, Holy Trinity, by working at the festival and serving on the Buildings and Grounds Committee, participating in the Variety Player's productions and serve as treasurer of Men's Club. I love Norwood and want it to be a destination for people looking for a place to raise a family.
