1. What are your Qualifications for Office? (50 word limit)
I was the Mayor of Cleves of 4 years, I am very experienced of what the responsibilites of a councilman is. I have very strong leadership skills and I am not afraid to step up to a challenge.2. What plans do you have to address your top three priorities? (100 word limit)
To work with the mayor and the existing council members to plan for commercial retail development to come to Cleves. If successful in obtaining this goal, this will help to lower taxes on our village residents and with a TIF tax on the roads, it will also help to keep our roads well maintained.3. What two actions would you promote to enhance city revenue or decrease city expenditures in order to balance the city budget, given the current economic conditions? (100 word limit)
Commercial Retail Development and make sure that our budget is workable while being set and monitored for all expenditures of the village.4. What steps should the local government take to ensure that the quality of rental property meets minimum legal standards? (100 word limit)
Enforce the International Maintenance Code that the Village of Cleves adopted in the past year.
