Council Member; Borough of Aldan

Joseph Cosgrove,a retired Dupont Chemist, has lived in Aldan for 34 years. He is married to Vivien, his wife of 45 years. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Joe was an active member of the Aldan Boys Club for many years serving as Coach and assistant Coach. Joe has been a member of the Aldan Boosters Civic Association for 27 years and has served as President 6 times. Joe has been a member of the Aldan Planning Commission as well as the Aldan Zoning Board. Joe, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and member of Aldan Post 1000 American Legion is a graduate of St. Joseph's University with a B.S. in Chemistry. Joe is presently the Highway Chairman as a member of the Aldan Borough Council.
