Over the course of my 27-year career at DuPont I have worked as a research chemist, a business manager, and a communications manager. I have invited students in for shadowing opportunities in our laboratories over the past several years. As a graduate student at the University of Illinois, I was a teaching assistant for several years. Based on my previous experience I believe that I have the skills, knowledge and fortitude to help the WCASB create a strategic plan to improve the quality of education in our system and to provide educational growth for all students.
