	State Assembly Member; District 43 Voter Information Term Ending 2010. If any candidate receives a majority of all votes cast at the special primary election he or she shall be declared elected and the special general election shall not be held. If no candidate receives a majority of votes cast at the special primary election, the name of the candidate of each qualified political party who receives the most votes cast for all candidates of that party shall be placed on the special election ballot as the candidate of that party.
