Candidate for
Member, Board of Education; Pleasantville Union Free School District

Louis Conte is a graduate of Iona College (1982) and has been a resident of Pleasantville for 15 years. He is happily married and is the father of triplet boys, age ten. Two of the children have autism.

He helped found the Pleasantville SEPTA (Special Education Parent/Teacher Association and has served as the Liaison to the Board of Education for five years.

Mr. Conte was selected as the Pleasantville SEPTA Parent of the Year in 2009.

Mr. Conte is an Assistant Commissioner at the Westchester County Department of Probation where he manages over 50 employees and is responsible for over 4,000 offenders.He mannages people, programs, grants and participates in ballancing the budget.
