Political Philosophy for Marvin G. Fischler
 Candidate for |

|
I am concerned that the public has become dissatisfied with the way in which justice is administered, and that the system has become unduly burdensome. I am dedicated to assisting the public in learning more about their rights and the legal system. I strongly believe that justice must be swift but merciful, and that all persons are entitled to be treated in a fair, and respectful manner without regard to their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, or religious belief. It is also imperative that anyone involved in a legal matter come away from the court with a sense that they understood the process and were heard. |
