Candidate for
Coroner; County of San Mateo

In addition to my many years of service, including the last 7 1/2 as Coroner, I have attended more than 400 classroom hours of specialized training in all fields associated with the duties of the office. I continue to attend various training sanctioned by the California Peace Officer Standards and Training Department.

As the President of the California State Coroner's Association, I sit on a legislative review committee as well as a committee investigating new training opportunities for our members.
